The web is the ultimate customer-empowering environment. It's a visual medium and your visitors decide where they want to go and what they want to see. And, if they don't like their experience, your competitors are just a click away. Attractive website design goes a long way in helping to engage new visitors at your website. While it is largely subjective, there is a minimal level of aesthetic appeal that is thought to be required for a website to convert visitors. A web site design should be user-friendly, welcoming and not intimidating. If a webpage design is overwhelming or confusing or the colors don't match, then the web design will ultimately deter the web site from converting.
